Job Description
Coordinate logistics activities and track shipments and deliveries
- Verification of goods receipt
- Ensure accurate stock inventory data handling to prevent discrepancies
- Data entry and preparation of shipping documents and labels
- Monitor and resolve delivery issues and discrepancies
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operations team based on customer requirements
- Provide support on daily reporting such as inventory and distribution tracking
- Filing of documents
- Assist in other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in Inventory software and systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous task handling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start work or on short notice
