Job Description
Role of admin for Studycove Tampines South + Central branch and Tampines Mart Centre:
- To scan lesson resources and upload them into thumb drive
- To be present at peak lesson periods with high traffic flow (Fridays and weekends)
- To follow up with enquiries
- To set up and manage WhatsApp chat with parents and students
- Monitor student and tutor attendance and send reminders
- To purchase, top up and maintain stationery and lesson materials for small and big rooms
- To maintain centre cleanliness with simple cleaning (sweep floor and wipe tables if dirty)
- To open centre, includes bringing out stand, turning lights, fan and TV on etc
- Willing to work with Centre Director on any other administrative matters that may require assistance
- Update center collection plan monthly and sending/assisting parents for payment
