Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive User Story creation by collaborating with the customer on DoD and prioritization.
- Manage product backlog alongside the customer’s product/project manager.
- Monitor user stories to ensure developers update necessary fields such as effort estimation.
- Conduct Product Backlog and Sprint sessions with the customer and team.
- Lead project and team management duties.
- Offer Agile coaching through workshops for customers.
- Work with developers to create and manage test cases.
- Acquire project knowledge to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Become an Agile coach representing Deeplabs.
- May be involved in pre-sales activities.
About You
- Must have experience in at least 3 Agile projects.
- Ability to explain Agile project methodologies.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in Agile projects.
- Experience in Data Analytics or Generative Ai running Agile projects is a plus.
- Effective communication with customer C-level executives.
- Proficient in Azure Board or Jira.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum is advantageous.
- Able to coach with passion.
- Technical background and experience with Azure or AWS is advantageous.
