Responsibilities:

• Perform strong back-end support to operations sales team (Quotation, Sales Order)
• Handle high volume of enquiries, provide effective solutions to customers
• Provide excellent customer support and service
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Conduct after sales follow-up to gather customer feedback
• Assist in administrative tasks and sales reporting
• Attend to phonecall enquiries

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence, customer service oriented
• Proficient in MS Office

Jobs Overview:

• 5 days work week with weekends on standby
• Location: Tai Seng
• $2,500-2,800/month with profit sharing and sales incentives
