Role and Responsibility

– Make reservations based on customer requirements and budget.

– Enter reservation information into the system promptly.

– Check room availability and process deposits.

– Prepare invoices and send confirmations.

– Maximize room sales by upselling.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

– Minimum NITEC or higher qualification preferred.

– Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred.

– Strong communication skills are essential.

– Ability to multi-task and manage time well.

– Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is a plus.
