• Normal working week Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; overtime paid.
• No work experience required; suitable for fresh graduates or those with ITE diploma/certificate/NITEC/advanced diplomas in engineering or equivalent. Training will be provided.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

Job Scope

• Prepare daily delivery orders and fill forms.
• Arrange schedules, handle phone calls, emails, and paperwork.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
