WEARK PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Accounts Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing attendance records, monthly payroll, and payroll reports.
• Submitting CPF and income tax to relevant government entities.
• Managing employment letters and work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Updating job descriptions and maintaining HR policies.
• Assisting in recruitment interviews and managing employee welfare activities.
• Overseeing training records and conducting new employee induction programs.
• Responding to employee inquiries and handling office administration tasks.
