Job Description
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Oversee and lead a team of passenger service agents.
- Ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Develop, motivate, and mentor your team.
- Ensure compliance with standards and SOPs.
- Assist Duty Manager as needed (e.g., daily deployment).
Requirements:
- Local Diploma in service, hospitality, tourism or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English and another language.
- Comfortable working shifts.
Benefits:
- Shift allowance, staff transport after midnight, OT pay after 44 hours.
- AWS, performance bonus, joining bonus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Pay: $2,500 – $3,00/month).
