ELEMENTAL MANPOWER SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:

• Communicate with clients to understand financial needs and report to the Accountant.
• Manage basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, and emailing.
• Record and process financial practices, including profit and loss reports.
• Maintain bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
• Collect payments and update accounts payable and receivable records.
• Schedule client appointments and manage important deadlines.

Requirements:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and good math skills.
