Job Description

Company: MOSCA ASIA PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily order processing in the ERP system.
Monitor order status for timely delivery.
Resolve customer logistics and shipping inquiries.
Liaise with vendors and freight forwarders.
Prepare freight and sales quotations.
Support accounting functions, such as generating daily invoices.

Requirements:

Minimum O, A Level or equivalent.
1 year of experience in order processing/customer service/logistics.
Knowledge of LC and incoterms is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Location: Genting Lane, off Macpherson Road

Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 2,800

Job Type: Full-time, Day shift (Monday to Friday)
