Job Purpose and Impact

The Administrative Assistant II will independently plan, organize, and schedule complex administrative support roles. You will coordinate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and procedures.
• Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and arrange travel.
• Organize documentation and perform data entry into systems.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel.
• Assist and train lower-level employees.
