Job Purpose and Impact: The Process Engineer I applies engineering techniques to enhance manufacturing processes and products. You will provide technical support, operations experience, continuous improvement, and project management skills to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Improve manufacturing equipment and processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Assess current systems and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in equipment repairs and document results.
• Conduct tests to monitor production variables.
• Analyze capital expenditures for cost-effective solutions.
• Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex problems.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of one year of related work experience. Preferred skills include strong data analysis, knowledge of engineering software, and project management experience.
