Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Tech-savvy. Training will be provided on products and software.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable smart home solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Maintain the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented attractively.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

Qualifications:

• ‘O’ level, ITE, Diploma may apply. Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and must be able to communicate in English.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Part-timers with adequate knowledge may be considered.
