Job Description & Requirements:
- Overall management of dormitory and property operations.
- Organized and disciplined to ensure quality performance.
- Manage tenant onboarding and exits and address feedback.
- Independent worker with good writing skills.
- Conduct daily operations and inspections of the dormitory.
- Located in the Pioneer / Kian Teck area.
- 5.5 workdays with excellent career advancement.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,00.00 – $3,500.00 per month
