Job Description
Company: GREEN EARTH TANK HUB PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Handle phone and email inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations to resolve client issues.
- Plan and coordinate with departments and customers.
- Manage the counter for Drivers/Hauliers.
- Documentation and data entry.
- Additional tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels.
- Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent and team-oriented.
