Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team at ANGELS & CO. PTE. LTD.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responding to messages via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Handling and arranging appointments for patients.
Providing explanations of dental treatments to patients.
Assisting front desk reception when required.
