Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Manage requests for season parking.
- Arrange and administer reimbursements for overcharging.
- Coordinate room set-up for meetings and events.
- Assist the Building Manager and ensure compliance with Service Agreements.
- Monitor progress claims from service providers for timely payments.
- Follow any additional instructions from authorized personnel.
Requirements:
- National Certificate (Higher NITEC or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,00.00 – $2,500.00 per month
