Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Intern (Shared Services). This position will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of HR processes and systems, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
