Job Description
- Meet and Greet: Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Serving Food: Serve meals promptly and accurately, ensuring that presentation meets our standards while accommodating special requests when necessary.
- Pick Up Trays: Clear tables efficiently, picking up trays and ensuring the dining area is tidy and ready for the next guests.
- Cleaning of Area: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces. Follow established sanitation standards.
- Turn Around Tables: Monitor and manage table turnover to optimize seating capacity and provide a smooth dining experience for all guests.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varying tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order taking, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and perform tasks that require physical agility.
- Hygiene and Safety: Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Prior Experience: While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
