General Management:

• Oversee restaurant service operations
• Develop and execute plans to achieve targets
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Create and enhance standard operating procedures
• Conduct inspections and maintain venue cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws

Human Resource & Financial Management:

• Analyze POS reports and sales trends
• Develop staff training plans
• Interview, hire, and train new employees

Requirements:

• 2 years in hospitality/F&B in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
