Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs with stakeholders.

- Build a diverse candidate pool using various sourcing methods.
- Manage new hire onboarding and candidate records.
Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; healthcare experience is a plus.
