Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via Live Chat and phone.
- Prepare quotations, manage orders, and track customer orders.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
- Design and execute social media campaigns to boost online sales.
- Develop and implement new strategies for business growth.
- Analyze sales performance and take necessary actions.
- Perform administrative duties related to customer service.
