Job Description

TROPICAL TASTE PTE. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and seasoned individual to fill the role of Central Kitchen Manager. You will oversee our central kitchen operations, managing daily functions to uphold food quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily food production.
Schedule tasks and allocate resources.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures.
Strategize production schedules.
Ensure product quality meets standards.
Monitor inventory and procure supplies.
Uphold compliance with QA/QC standards.
Train kitchen staff.
Collaborate with other departments.
Manage budget allocations.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and problem-solving abilities.
