Responsibilities:

• Handle quotations, orders, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Support clients and resolve inquiries.
• Lead organization development initiatives and manage service contracts.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and bizSAFE 3 standards.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and manage office supplies.
• Oversee hiring processes, work permits, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a Coordinator or Administrator role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and computer literate.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
