Job Description
Hebei Jinbiao is the leading specialist for Noise Control Products in Asia and a trusted service provider to the construction industry since 2016.
Due to tremendous demand and growth, we are seeking a capable Sales Admin to join our dynamic sales team.
Role & Responsibility:
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Communicate with customers to answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Coordinate sales team schedules and relevant information.
- Ensure timely processing of arrangements.
- Coordinate delivery of goods to customers.
