Job Description
Aquis Search is seeking an ideal applicant who can lead smaller transactions from sourcing to closing, while assisting senior investment professionals with larger projects. Independence and teamwork are crucial.
What you will do:
- Analyze potential secondary investments.
- Maintain dialogue with sellers, agents, and GPs during deals.
- Coordinate legal and tax work to complete transactions.
- Evaluate secondary investment performance.
- Assist in writing letters for investor reporting.
- Prepare annual meeting materials.
- Identify and introduce potential sellers.
What you bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of private equity markets.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
