Job Description

Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will manage the company’s financial accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, client billing, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions: invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile discrepancies and bank statements.
- Support budgeting and tax preparation.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field; proven experience; proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
