Job Description:
- Manage full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Screen applications, arrange interviews, and attend with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment-related correspondence, including warning and termination letters.
- Conduct annual appraisals and manage employee tax matters.
- Handle orientation for new employees and maintain leave records.
- Address employee grievances and assist with group insurance policies.
- Process government-paid leave claims and provide HR-related advice.
- Organize team-building events and maintain confidentiality of personnel files.
