Job Description

ALFA CREW MANAGERS PTE. LTD. is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Simple Accounting Functions
Payment to Suppliers
Enter payment details into Accounting Software and Banking System
Update cash flow
Email suppliers on payment details
Simple data entry, including recording of bills
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

Experience in simple Accounts work is preferred
Well versed in MS Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start work immediately
