Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services in community care settings.
Conduct initial and routine assessments.
Develop individualized care plans and recommend interventions.
Document services accurately.
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team.
Supervise and train therapy staff.
Participate in quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy and registered with AHPC, Singapore.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
