Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Office Admin to join our team at MIRAGE CUBE PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with vendors to provide updates on business activities, as well as providing essential administrative support.
- Manage emails, forward documents, and coordinate operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
- Handle purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
