Job Description
58 Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Clerk of Works to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Updating and storing business files to ensure accuracy and accessibility for employees.
- Typing reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Sorting mail and distributing it to appropriate employees.
- Answering phone calls and emails, redirecting them when necessary.
- Issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Taking dictations and minutes during meetings.
- Making travel arrangements for employees’ business trips.
- Monitoring office supplies and reporting low stock levels to the office manager.
