Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Working weekends, holidays, and shifts as scheduled by the Director of Engineering.
- Analyzing, debugging, and resolving customers’ map compilation and web API issues.
- Participating in all Scrum activities, including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives.
- Defining test methods and creating test plans to ensure software reliability.
- Providing tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support for Exchange and Lync issues.
- Maintaining and managing third-party applications, including Blackberry Enterprise Server.
- Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
