Job Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments for all dentists
• Register new patients and update existing patient details
• Collect payments and dispense medication
• Attend to walk-in customers and handle phone calls/messages professionally
• Handle administrative work
• Conduct housekeeping duties to maintain clinic cleanliness

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT savvy with good computer skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)

Starting salary depends on experience.
