Job Description
Company: 3H AIRCONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE LTD
Job Description:
- Report directly to the Company Director
- Manage daily office administrative tasks
- Handle calls from clients and suppliers
- Coordinate with clients and create quotations/invoices
- Coordinate with vendors and purchase orders
- Follow up on buying and delivery of goods to the site
- Manage work permit/course renewal schedules
- Manage monthly payroll
Job Requirements:
- O level & above
- Meticulous & proactive
- Quick learner
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Language proficiency: English & Chinese
