Responsibilities:

• Answer client questions in person, on the phone, and through messages and emails.
• Set up interviews between employers and candidates.
• Provide follow-up support to employers and domestic helpers.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Burmese/Filipino.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• CEI Basic certification preferred.

Full-time positions available; part-time applications are also welcome.
