Job Description:
- Manage and recommend wines to patrons.
- Create and maintain the wine list.
- Select and purchase wines, ensuring stock management.
- Train team members through wine tastings.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene policies.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a sommelier or degree in hospitality.
- Experience in a hospitality role.
- Extensive knowledge of wines and regions.
