Job Scope:

• Prepare monthly & KPI reports
• Assist in filing documents
• Input financial data into accounting software
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Answer phones and manage correspondence
• Adhoc duties assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 5 days a week office hours
