Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Admin Assistant to join our technical team at NOVO RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
- Provide administrative support to the technical team
- Handle incoming calls
- Perform data entry, coordination, and documentation filing
- Create presentation materials and vessel inspection reports
- Plan travel and ship inspections
- Monitor invoice submissions and oversee reimbursement claims
- Prepare letters for delivery
- Execute additional ad hoc tasks as assigned
