- Assist in scheduling shipments and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including inventory and delivery data.
- Prepare delivery orders and respond to basic inquiries.
- Visit the warehouse to manage stock as needed.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Help generate and maintain operational reports.
Job Requirements: Diploma in Business or Logistics; fluent in English and Mandarin; strong organizational and communication skills; basic MS Office knowledge; positive attitude.
Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month with benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
