Job Description
Company: ACTIVE GLOBAL RESPITE CARE PTE. LTD.
Description:
- Conduct monthly petty cash reconciliation at various sites.
- Verify timesheets for vendors and part-timers, ensuring accuracy and management approval.
- Investigate significant variances in monthly claims.
- Maintain a list of vendor contracts and track renewals.
- Process MediClaims and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Prepare records and reports, remind departments of reporting deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of finance experience preferred.
- Diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
