Job Description
UNIVERSAL DISPLAYS PTE LTD is looking for an Administrative & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including:
- Assisting with paperwork, filing, and admin tasks.
- Issuing job sheets, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Keeping track and recording of paperwork.
- Issuing schedule papers for teams, including typing details and attaching necessary visuals.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Issuing petty cash vouchers.
- Submitting complete filed documents to the accounts manager.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
