Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation including employee records, invoices, and POs.
- Manage daily office operations and supplies.
- Assist in financial tasks like processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Support quality assurance by recording metrics.
- Prepare project summaries and track progress.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Experience in office administration is a plus but not required.
