Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Concierge to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest services, manage concierge operations, and lead a team of concierges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily concierge operations.
- Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Train and mentor concierge staff.
This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a passion for customer service.
