Responsibilities:

• Manage and document project administrative work.
• Organize and follow up on document deliverables.
• Keep records and liaise with project personnel.
• Assist in material sourcing and vendor quotations.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
• File and update project documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary or relevant Certification.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement.
• Effective in team and independent settings.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
