Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Enquiries and Feedback:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on online platforms, maintaining positive customer relations.
- Ensure timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues as necessary.
Support Event Management:
- Assist the Event Team with RSVP management and administrative tasks.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare marketing reports and assist with general administrative duties.
- Maintain digital records of customer communications and event data.
