Job Description
1. Make sure that workers within a construction site follow the safety measures/regulations
2. Inspects the worksite to determine if there is any form of hazards and also develop policies/procedures that will help to eliminate them from the work environment
3. Ensure workers on site are in proper protective equipment required for each project, and ensure that the involved workers fully understand how to use certain tools and equipment
4. Takes note of workers’ safety concerns and immediately acts on them
5. Serves as a link between workers and top management when it comes to issues that have to do with the safety and proper organization of the workplace
6. Introduces measures that will help prevent accidents within the workplace
7. Receives and acts on reports regarding safety concerns from workers within the construction site
