Job Description
Location: CHANGI
We are seeking a dedicated Main Lobby Admin to join ST Recruitment Centre. Responsibilities include:
- Handling telephone calls and answering enquiries regarding company facilities and events functions booking services.
- Providing membership services and collecting sub-fees from guests and visitors.
- Recording incoming cheques, tender documents, and tender deposits at the end of each day.
- Administering lost and found items.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
