Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Clinic Assistant to join our team at ALPHA INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S SPECIALISTS located in Novena. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
- Receptionist duties at the front counter
- Handling enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and SMS
- Registering patients using clinic software
- Scheduling appointments and updating the system
- Assisting doctors during consultations
- Handling payments via cash and credit cards
- Checking, replenishing, and ordering stock when needed
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the clinic at all times
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Performing other duties as instructed by the doctor and management
