Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Clinic Assistant to join our team at ALPHA INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S SPECIALISTS located in Novena. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

• Receptionist duties at the front counter
• Handling enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and SMS
• Registering patients using clinic software
• Scheduling appointments and updating the system
• Assisting doctors during consultations
• Handling payments via cash and credit cards
• Checking, replenishing, and ordering stock when needed
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the clinic at all times
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Performing other duties as instructed by the doctor and management
