Job Description
Ensure accurate stock receiving in terms of quantity and price.
Resolve good discrepancy issues across multiple outlets.
Coordinate with internal departments to maintain tight inventory control and keep track of stock availability and delivery schedules.
Ensure the system reflects the latest pricing information and accurate lead time provided by vendors.
Ensure on-time delivery of purchased items and services.
Process invoices within a short notice period.
Maintain a filing system for purchasing records.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies.
Carry out ad hoc assignments as instructed by management.
